This is the 3rd time that the pin heads at GOOGLE have reached out and mindlessly deleted some of my blogs.

The first 2 times the BBB assisted in getting them put back and apologies were given, this time around they don't seem to even bother to respond to the Better Business Bureau's inquiry.

2017 is a replay of censorship of 2015


Below is the latest BBB complaint about Google and Blogspot.com.  Their India operation seems to be the one behind the reckless deletions.

As you can see Google admits that they deleted the 7 sites in error but so far they have only restored 6 of them.  1 sites is still gone!

7 of my sites were 'deleted/syspended' and 5 were reinstated. The first of my blog sites to be removed was gone for 9 days before being put back.

This same nonsense took place in November 2015 and involved 14 of my blog sites.

I complained to your office and they were eventually put back.

Now a year and a half later we are again going through this nonsense with Google and the phoney claims that I am in violation of their TOS (terms of service) which in 2015 and today in 2017 they readily admit were NOT in violation.

Google Inc and Blogspot.com are totally incompetent and I would like this complaint to remain on their record.

AGAIN: they claim the sites are restored, as mentioned above as of 2:03 a.m. on April 5, 2017, those mentioned 2 sites are still GONE.

One contains the work of 6 years of posts, comments and photos about a Georgia city and if it remains deleted there is no way to recover this information.

I want the missing sites PUT BACK ONLINE. Just because they claim they are restored does not mean that they have been. Use the links and go take a look for yourself and see if they are up again.

04/03/2017 More info received from the consumer 
GOOGLE / BLOGSPOT.COM continue to delete accounts at random. Here is a scorecard of what has been deleted and those 4 that were reinstated with a boiler plate admission that they were actualy NOT in violation of the 'terms of service' as they originally alleged.

In looking at my site meter for these and other accounts I see repeated, up to 10 visits back to back from Google India to these accounts, one time the meter recorded their site visit as 6 hours!

This is simple harassment. My complaint to the CEO of Google has not been acknowledged and probably will not be.

We went through this nonsense in Nov 2015 and my complaint to your bureau then got it stopped, although it clearly is back on after a year and a half.

It is past time for someone up the food chain at Google to get this mess sorted out.

Case Description:Deletion/Suspension of 3 blog sites, one going back 6 yrs, 2 others from 2015
On March 27, 2017 I discovered that a 6 yr old blog site: castlelakekennesaw.blogspot.com had been removed/deleted.

Years worth of work (text and photos) had been on this site and it was frequently updated and viewed by many people.

This is what was left in place of my blog:

"Blog has been removed

Sorry, the blog at castlelakekennesaw.blogspot.com has been removed. This address is not available for new blogs.
Did you expect to see your blog here? See: 'I can't find my blog on the Web, where is it?' "

As per their procedures I click on the box to put in an 'appeal'. No reply to date, they claim it will be 'reviewed'.

I subsequently added my displeasure to 2 other Blogspot.com accounts that I had created the last time this uncalled for censorship had taken place which was Nov 2015.

These 2 accounts were updated to reflect that blogspot.com / Google, Inc was again deleting user accounts.

The 2 accounts were immediately removed by blogspot.com / Google, inc, they are:

and notices of their removal were left, reading as the above quoted one reads, just the blog names were changed.

The BBB might reference my prior complaint at Case#452949 of Nov 2015 which involved their deleting about 14 of my blogs and after my BBB complaint they were finally restored.

I see that your BBB site rates Google, Inc at only a B+ with 3.14 stars and you show 19 of 21 complaints as being negative.

BELOW INFO IS FROM THE 2015 DELETIONS:

Initially I complained to the Google CEO Sundar Pichai (see below post) and of course I got no reply or acknowledgment to that letter.

Since that original Nov 8th complaint I have had about 18 of my 250 or so blogs 'deleted' by the Google/Blogspot.com robots as 'SPAM' and perhaps 6 have subsequently been restored with a mickey mouse apology.

A dozen still are gone, thus the BBB complaint below.

  Google/Blogspot has simply gone nuts!

As you can see from the below they are deleting consumer blogs left and right and have a total disregard for those of us who have put years worth of work into our sites.

So far I have had no input from Mr. Sundar Pichai, CEO or anyone in Google.

I am now up to 8 initially deleted blog sites with 4 of them being 'restored' as having been mistakenly taken down by the stupid TOS robots.

COMPLAINT ABOUT 3 BLOGSPOT.COM ACCOUNTS BEING BLOCKED


Mr. Pichai:

I am a 'citizen journalist' writing mostly on consumer related issues and I have about 250 (+/-) Blogspot accounts.  

A partial 10 page list is attached For Your Information it is somewhat out of date, more blogs have been added.

In the last 8 days 3 of these accounts have been 'deleted' by your stupid TOS robots!

This is entirely unacceptable.  Of these 3 deletions, one about the Kohl's Department store has been restored with an unacceptable apology for it having been removed.  "your blog was mistakenly marked as a TOS violator by our automated system". 

The first of the blogs to be removed was 'appealed' details below and a week has passed with nothing being done.

I want to bring to your attention that your robot TOS system is entirely out of control and is destroying years of posts that I have made on many consumer topics.  

Your 'appeal' process is a bad joke and at least in the case of http://mayormathews.blogspot.com/  the blog the appeal has not even been addressed.

I want your robots to leave my sites alone.  If they are doing this to me they are doing it to others and your system is not functioning correctly.

A)  I want my 2 sites:

restored and I want a public apology from you for having screwed up in the first place.

B)  I want an email address of a human being at your operation who I can reach for future complaints if/when your out of control TOS program deleted others of my accounts.

Blog authors are notified by email that their blog site has been deleted for 'violation of Terms of Service', in the case of my sites they claim "SPAM" which is of course total BS.

The next step, although not clearly set out, is to click on the 'appeal' link which in theory will get a human to look at the site and decide if it is or is not spam.

To date I have had 10 sites abruptly removed (deleted) and have put in appeals on all of them and five have been reinstated.  Times from appeal to reinstatement have been between 2 days to 7 days.
